One Of Many Great Low Carb Recipes
Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
chicken wings (two dozen)
butter (a half cup)
salt and pepper (for taste)
one cup of hot sauce
vegetable oil (or any other oil for frying)
white vinegar (one tbl spoon)
Instructions:
You want to preheat your oven to about 350 degrees, and simultaneously preheat the oil at 375 degrees in a deep fryer. Fry the wings for about 8 to 10 minutes. Take wings and place on tray with napkins or paper towels to drain the excess grease. Melt butter in a sauce pan and add salt, pepper, hot sauce and vinegar. Drop wings into sauce pan. Place in oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing when done (if desired).
