	<title>Carbohydrate Diet</title>
	<description>
... there are some things you should consider:
First and foremost, is the fact that a carbohydrate diet is not cut and dried as often presented by the jackals looking to make money off of it. The thing about one of these plans is that it is designed to appeal to the lowest common denominator, and thus is set up so that people do not have to change their lifestyles. We all know this is just bogus. As with any diet, a carbohydrate diet is only going to succeed if you properly balance nutrition and exercise. There is no skirting that issue.

With a low carbohydrate diet, you'll be short-changing yourself.

Don't get us wrong. A super high carbohydrate diet is not the answer either. The key here is moderation. There are empty carbs and calories that you can nix from your diet easily and be better off for it. But on the flip side, there are the carbs that give you vital parts of your daily sustenance, and are thus very hard to replace. A low or no carbohydrate diet can result in you having liver or kidney problems -- that is how important good carbs are to maintain. So don't buy into the hype.
