Carbohydrate counting is what you've got to do when you're unable to shake the thought of being fat!

Time To Start Carbohydrate Counting

So much carbohydrate counting, so little time. That is our mantra.

Okay, not really. We just made that up, out of thin air. But you could do worse though, really. When you start to think about dieting and how you are going to monitor your progress over the long run, you need a system. A plan of attack. Something that is really going to work out for you not just today, but down the road a ways. That is why people everywhere are carbohydrate counting. It helps them track the good and bad carbohydrates their body takes in, and needs. Or doesn't need. You get the idea. When you're thinking about the life you want to leave and how you want to do it, you're going to have to make some sacrifices. This is easy.

So why start carbohydrate counting? Why not just starve yourself like on a normal diet?

Because there is no point in cutting out all foods that you like while only carbs are bad for you! You don't need to count proteins and fats because those things give you energy. Iron. Bone mass. Strength! It's all about the carbohydrate counting because by the time you've got things rolling, it's just a matter of time before your body does the work for you. You deprive it of carbs and it starts gnawing away at the stored fat cells and presto, you are so much thinner. With carbohydrate counting, that's as easy as it gets! Just track how many you eat at each meal and make sure the ones you do eat are ones you get the most out of. You know?

There you have it. Either start carbohydrate counting right away or just forget about it.
