Low Carbs Food

Low carbs food seems to be more prevalent on grocery store shelves than it used to be. But just because a food is labeled as low carbs food doesn't mean low carb dieters can eat as much of it as they want.

Consume Only Low Carbs Food

If you're on a low carb diet, you might be getting sick of the limited foods you can have. But have you cruised through the other aisles of the grocery store lately? You might be surprised at the different low carbs food that's popping up.

OFF LIMITS!

Take a Look Around

Now you can go down the bread aisle without fear of the smell getting to you. Why? The coolest thing to happen to low carbs food since steak--low carb bread. That's right--they make low carb bread now, and it's tasty! Not only that but there's low carb milk now too. Even low carb chocolate! And it's all good! But low carber beware! You will have to read your labels so you don't blow any profess you've made so far. And if you're in the first two weeks, you'll probably have to avoid these foods until later (except the low carb milk--it only has 2 grams of carbs per cup).

It will feel like the beginning of your low carb diet when you were counting carbs right and left. Now that you know what you can and can't have, you're probably not doing that anymore (at least not as much) and you probably won't want to start again. That is, unless you're really, really bored with your current low carbs food.

Track Down Low Carbs Food

If you're not on a low carb diet, you might be tempted to try low carbs food or low fat food. Again, you have to be careful. Let's face it, the reason most diets work are because when you cut out fat or carbs, you're cutting calories. But most foods that are labeled as low fat or low carbs food have just as many calories as their full fat or full carb counterparts, just fewer fat or carb grams. And people think that if a food is labeled as "low fat" or "low carb" that they can have more of it. The result is they consume as many, and often more, calories.

So whether you're on a low carb diet or not, be sure you read your labels.
