Carb Conundrum

We are all living in a Carb Conundrum:

How much is too much?
Are carbohydrates really bad?
They are a necessary part of my diet, right?

With all the fad diets telling us to avoid carbohydrates like the plague, its tough to keep on eating your pastas, potatoes, legumes and candy without feeling at least slightly...confused. Why can't I eat this? Why is it so difficult to rid ourselves of the Carb Conundrum?

The Carb Conundrum is a battle with nature
Human beings are continually active creatures. Not only do we require incredible stores for our every day activities, but out thought processes and complex bodily mechanics are all continual drains on our precious resevres. Precious...until we indulge ourselves and for the first time in the history of the world an animal is eating more than it needs to survive. We don't eat when we're hungry, we eat all the time and we just keep on eating! The Carb Conundrum begins from our very births, with a continual suppply of available food. It goes against nature to eat so much - and nature has a funny way of paying us back.

A moment on the lips...
We all know what too much fat can lead to - clogged arteries, fatty deposits all up and down our circulatory system. And protein - well, too much of anything can kill you, even something as good as proteins. But what about carbnohydrates? They taste good - sugars are the ONLY components to carbohydrates - and we think they have somethint to do with energy which is something everyone needs more of... the Carb Conundrum hath begun! Carbohydrates are good up to a certain point - the point where you can burn them off as fast as you put them in. The second you overindulge in carbohydrates is the second you see their nasty effects - oily skin, obesity, cellulite, groan! Our Carb Conundrum is that we have too many carbs and not enough means to burn them off with! We'll show you how to moderate your intake, how to pick and choose the right carbohydrates for the right diet. We will help you get through all the confusion surround carbohydrates, and we'll bring out the healthier you!
